What Am I Saying?
Do you know how powerful you are? I totally get it if you don't because it's likely nobody told you! And it's even more likely they told you the opposite. It's nobody's fault either. So many of us were taught to play it safe like this, to remain in a contracted state. On the look out feeling scarcity.
I'm inviting you to follow the feeling in your heart. That little voice that whispers oh so quietly that you are here to make an impact. You might not know what that means yet. Which only means you are at the perfect spot to take that next step of discovery!
Before I embodied self love I was trapped in patterns of inner down talking, denial of the whole truth, feeling sluggish in action, confused on direction and doubtful of my ability.
I finally choose to sit with my self and really go deep into how I felt about life, my traumas and my triumphs. It was the hardest thing I ever did and still do. But it was also worth every second of the effort. I'm so grateful.
This path of opening I choose to walk brought me into alignment with a life I love. I found my creative passions. I now know on a deep soul level what it means to enjoy the flow of life.

This is a journey of self exploration. As you venture towards your inner truth you will discover layers of yourself that you might choose to let go of. You might find new aspects of your life you feel grateful for. If you stick to a committed practice you might just transform your life in unexpected & abundant ways. Sometimes we need another living person in front of us to consciously assist the process. My coach got me through a situation I was somewhat lost in. She helped me to see where my hidden patterns were. Repeating situations that I was not seeing, which had been taking a major toll on my progress forward.
I look forward to a day when we are all equipped to handle this level of assistance for each other. However I know I certainly didn't have anyone in my life aligned to that level, who was also willing to dedicate that level of support for me. Other than my coach.
